Just home from the swim party/cookout. We had a good time, but as expected, Dave spent a majority of the time hanging out with the guys and not paying much attention to us, but finally towards the end he did get in the pool with the girls. There weren't really a lot of people there, considering this was the Knight's hosted party, a lot of people must have gone out of town.
Jennifer ended up having to drive herself as her husband had a meeting to go to.
The girls are exhausted! They swam for about 3 hours and I still can't get over how well they are swimming now. They can jump in the deep end and swim to wherever they want without any problems. Such a relief! They are having showers now and will very soon go to bed so they can be well rested for school tomorrow.
We're supposed to get rain from Gustav the rest of the week. Sounds like it would be better weather if one were a duck!
