She's a proud "Bra owner"

Turns out they do indeed make bras that are for "flat friends"! She picked out 3 in the sports bra style my friends suggested would be perfect for the NON ENDOWED. She is very happy.

Yesterday was a rainy, cold, dreary day. The girls had a National Girls Day event at Botanical Gardens with the girls scouts. We'd been told it would be indoors if rain, only it wasn't. We were blessed the rain and drizzle stopped right before we got there, and stayed away the few hours we were there. I'd made a good decision in having them throw their coats in the van just in case. The local colleges and universities had their sororities set up booths to promote anything GIRLS. They made mirrors, they collected little trinkets, they really had a nice time! I stayed and walked them to all the different booths while chatting with the other Moms. We were supposed to go to a farm with the scouts in the evening after the event, but the rain and wet conditions put a damper on that. We met Dave at BW3 (with our good friends and their kids there too) then came home and caught up on a few things.

Today is dedicated to Abbi's Science Fair project. We've not "enjoyed" this part of her education process, and she's been working on it, more or less, for a good 4 weeks now. The biggest part of the work is the journal and the written report (which is based on the journal). It will be assembled later today and the finishing touches put on, all of which is Dave's department. I have rehearsal and play in the evening service.

BRRRRRR, the 75 degree weather is gone, and in its place is mid 50s and low 30s. I don't mind cold, but the swinging all over the temperature chart doesn't give my skin (or blood) time to get situated LOL. We have one full week of school and 2 days until Thanksgiving break. ANXIOUS for that.

Well, need to go back to see what I can do for the project.
